The wealthiest 2% who do not have to go into the great healthcare system nor do they have to be in anything else they deem appropriate for the masses but not themselves. With the advent of govenrment pushed computer answering, off-shore Customer Service people are incapable of getting satisfaction. Oh! the escalating rudeness can be attributed to this. By the way, what is the % of those in Government (fed, state, county, city) who receive protection (guns), pensions for life, healthcare greater then the payers (taxpayer), etc. Stop listening about how bad big business is and recognize that it is the joint relationship (lobbying) that is permitted by the same people who decry big business. Our tax code would be quite different if it were not for the gov. workers ability to by "entertained" by lobbyists in order to get loopholes that the general taxpayer cannot get. We could actually have a pure, non-invasive tax code such as "fair tax". Everything one buys is taxed but there is no other tax. Everyone pays. All careers; legal or otherwise are taxed. What I own or you own, etc. is nobodys' business. You are quite right.
