Purity Products Drops Glenn Beck
In April/May, Purity Products began running on Glenn Beck’s show. As with other advertisers, participants in the StopBeck effort sprang to action. We informed Purity Products that this is not about politics, but about accountability for Glenn Beck’s vitriol, sexism and preying on racial anxieties. We kindly requested that they follow the responsible action of well over 100 other former advertisers and remove their ads from Glenn Beck’s show.
Well, today we finally got word that Purity Products dropped Glenn Beck.
From their Vice President of Operations, here is Purity Products’ statement:
We have pulled all advertising from the Glenn Beck Program. This is advertising that was purchased through a Media Broker, and we instructed them several weeks ago to pull our sponsorship.
We appreciate your feedback in this matter, and I hope that you are satisfied with our actions.
Great work all!
Many thanks to those participating in this effort. And, a special thanks to “pillarpaul” from Denver for passing along word of this information. Pillarpaul is actually a new participant in the StopBeck effort after hearing about us on the Bill Press Show.
See your tweets and emails do matter!
Onward we go…
——
Of note: tomorrow also marks the 4 month anniversary of Glenn Beck’s broadcast in the UK running without any commercials.

Great Stuff!
If enough drop beck, maybe then as a small business owner I can afford to advertize on his program. As it is, I can't.
Thanks for your help

You do know, wrongfuldeath, that Beck calls folks like you “idiots,” right? He has so much disdain for his faithful, and woefully uninformed viewers, that he calls them idiots. Why would you want to advertise on a program like that?

WrongfulDeath, you should just get your OWN show. You'd be great!
All you need are a few writers willing to make absurd stuff up. Make sure it's filled with half-truths, ridiculous leaps of logic, insane statements meant to deliberately hurt people you've never met, then fill it with downright lies. You'll be a serious competitor.
Your show will be a hit with all the folks who just don't want to know the difference between “play-acting” and “reality.” You'll be able to find sponsors who place greed above morality and hide their identity from the public, “WrongfulDeath” or whatever your name is.
Best part is, you can cheat all your viewers — tell them a lie they want to hear, then sell them something. Doesn't matter what. Just keep repeating, “It's all about the money, it's all about the money . . . “
Anyone can do it. All you need to do is find your conscience and kill it.
Are you still sure you want to have your good name associated with an endeavor like this? Professional help is only a phone call away. Ask for the 'terminal sociopath' department.

Beck has a long history of saying and doing anything to make a buck, nothing more, nothing less.
Just look at how he spreads a daily message of fear and coming collapse of the US dollar and how only gold will be of value and then watch how he is a shameless paid shill for Goldline.com.
There is nothing about politics or liberal versus conservative in anything Beck does, it just about playing people of all beliefs and manipulating them for a buck.

Why does no one on the left research anything. Oh yeah, MSNBC does not do any research, so why bother.

you are a friggin' idiot with an epic fail who has never posted my responses but at least i get the satisfaction that you read them. I will write these sponsors and remind them that they have the right to capitalism and free markets and to advertise whereever they wish, you freedom of speech loser fool. Epic fail so just give it up. Giving Glenn Beck all this attention has increased his minions. You are too naive and youthful to understand anything.

Spineless corporations can't take the heat from racists and rablerousers!! We just have to boycott all the cowardly companies. Just like the wacky left “shut them up don't confuse us with the facts” Beck is number one in my book!!! The truth hurts libs.

Your company is new to me. I was going to order some products but unfortunately your stand AGAINST GLEN ,BECK, who is conservative in his approaches and is trying to offset the rampant liberalism in this country is very disappointing; enough to discourage purchases from PURITY.
With disappointment,

I was going to purchase from you but I don't think politics should come into this matter. I will find another company to do business with. Sincerely, Marion Lewis

I was thinking of buying some Purity Products but now that I've found out they've dropped Glenn Beck I won't buy from them. I like Glenn Beck. He is exercising his right to free speech. I'll just take a page out of your book and not buy from anyone who drops Glenn Beck.

Okay, then. This seems pretty clear to me. I just won't buy anything from Purity Products. I've already cancelled my shipments of Co Q Max. Nutritional Supplement Suppliers are plentiful. Purity Products are by no means the only fish in the sea. By all means, I'm definitely down for a boycott war! Bring it, libs! Purity Products are cowards!

Glad to read this comment…which means I stop being a customer of purity products. It is obvious that people who complain about Gleen Beck never watch his program. Sorry Purity, stop being so left sided!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That is just nonsense! Glen Beck is not a racist, biggot or sexist. You might try him for a few afternoons and really understand what he is all about before judging him so harshly. Shame on
you. I hope your full will hurt your sales, I know I will not buy your stuff again.

Having used Purity products in the past I have since discontinued the use of their products because of their complete ignorance they used regarding the matter of their advertising on the Glenn Beck program . Let me ask the Purity media marketing director a direct question: Do you know who Glenn Beck is? Do you listen to his program? If you did listen to his program you would quickly realize how accurate, balanced and reasonable he is in the analysis that he provides….whatever the topic is. It’s sad commentary when any company stoops to the demands of radical leftists that permeate the American society. Here’s a prediction – The American spirit and conservative values will ultimately prevail. Purity – where do you stand…with the 80% that support conservative/balanced values or the radical loons? God Bless America…
