A few weeks ago, Glenn Beck’s New York City radio affiliate dropped him from their lineup due to low ratings. And, he’s having just a bit of trouble finding another New York City station willing to pick him up.

Well, today it was announced that WTDY/Madison is dropping Glenn Beck:

PREMIERE’s GLENN BECK has exited the lineup at MID-WEST FAMILY Talk WTDY-A/MADISON.
1-2p host KURT BARON has moved to 10-11a and the station has added TALK RADIO NETWORK’s AMERICA’S NEWS NETWORK RADIO for 11a-noon and 1-2p.

So, now Glenn Beck’s radio show is off the air in New York City, Philadelphia and Madison, Wisconsin.

Onward!

Update 2/25/11: WTDY issued the following statement to Media Matters when asked why the decision was made:

WTDY can no longer carry the Glenn Beck program. Over the last 12 months, the show has devolved into plugs for Fox News (the radio version of which is aired by our direct competitor), his books, and other personal endorsements. The lack of actual content becomes more apparent daily. Monday’s program was the final straw; his unabashed deriding of Madison is unacceptable for broadcast in our community.
