StopBeck.com is a nonpartisan effort focused on holding Glenn Beck accountable for preying on racial anxieties, employing vitriolic rhetoric, propagating sexism and disseminating willful distortions. Our purpose is to urge sponsors to stop supporting Glenn Beck’s brand of hate with advertising dollars.

Anyone who cannot see the ridiculous bias, lies and laughable distortions of Fox and Beck are in denial, angry or completely ignorant, which tells a lot about the state of things in America. I applaud this website as it is taking legal action to stop a disgraceful person like Glenn Beck.

You people are dispicable! I applaud your right to publish this particular “hate speach”, you have that privilege because of the our First Admendment right. However, if you do not agree with what someone is saying, don't try to disuade someone else from listening. Are you afraid of what Glenn Beck is saying? Have you read history? He's not lying, nor is he preaching hate, “sexism or or preying in racial anxieties”. He's simply telling the truth. I certainly won't darken the doors of those advertisers that have been coerced by your particular hate speach, however, I will certainly patronize those brave advertisers who have the courage to dismiss your ranting as simply nonsense.

Glenn Beck is provocative – he moves people. Many are moved because they agree with him, while many are moved because they disagree. He doesn't pull punches… and by that I mean that he regularly verbally punches large portions of the people in the country he “loves' in the face. He “loves” his country… so much so that he hates the people who live in it.

I will be glad to lend my support, but I will need some proof of what you claim he is guilty of. Where can I go for such verification? I watch Beck regularly and do not hear what you hear. Kharstens, I refer to both halves – not just one. If you notice, the names mentioned fall on both sides of the political divide – and they whip their respective bases into a frenzy for dollars.
I feel the conservative side is more dogged in their efforts, but that's likely because they are in the minority of government at the moment. There was plenty of anti-Bush sentiment being used to sell books/advertising prior to the last election, just as there is plenty of anti-Obama sentiment being used to sell books/advertising now.
So much of the political “discourse” in the country is nothing more than the braying and neighing of barnyard animals being driven by their media shepherds.

People have always been afraid of the truth. The truth shines light on darkness. The few people on this site who actually are against Beck are afraid. I would rather be told the truth than be comfortable with a lie. Most of these comments from the Beck haters show their ignorance in their speech. But more…their ignorance in hiding from the truth. Beck is speaking the truth and you Beck haters are real scared of that. I feel sorry for you. Physical blindness is a terrible thing, but when you are blind and have your sight, it is even worse.

Because of Glenn Beck I have read the Constitution, The Federalist Papers, and learned about Socialism, Communism, and especially the the evils of Progressivism. I am reading about founders such as Ben Franklin, George Washington, John Adams etc. The arrogance of those who deem the Constitution as a living document is appalling. Because of Glenn Beck I am more aware, of what is happening to our way of life and the goals of the founding fathers. He has made me a better American. So go ahead with your twisting of the truth of this man who to me is a hero. You will not succeed. Truth will overcome.

Has anyone else noticed how Beck is trying to imply that while George bush was always hard at work as president, Obama is spending all of his time vacationing by pointing out that Obama spent more time playing golf than Bush. However he forgot to mention that while Obama took 36 vacation days in his first 18 months as president, Bush took 96 days off in his first 18 months.

Glenn Beck has stated the first progressive president was Woodrow Wilson. It was actually the much more popular Theodore Roosevelt. He has claimed that the recession in the early 1920's was caused by progressives, yet most historians attribute it to other factors such as the banks. He has claimed that Goebbels said that he learned propaganda from the progressives, even though he mentioned war propaganda, but not the progressives. He has implied that Wilson's fourteen points caused world war II. Even though the only point of his that made it on the war treaty was the league of nations which there is no evidence that that even contributed to the start of WWII. He has claimed that the Nazis are the far left, even though they are actually the far right because he believed in promoting a strong sense of national identity through a powerful government. In America, the right tries to use government to promote national identity through pro-life causes, banning gay marriage, trying to arrest people for burning flags, trying to make English the official language, and suspending rights to suspected illegal immigrants.(Obviously these are much less extreme than fascism, and will not lead to American fascism) And you can say “but they have socialist in their name”, but that does not change the Nazi's actual policies.
PS-bullying companies into sponsoring Glenn Beck may not be the best way to show companies not to bow down to bullies.

The intent of this web site does not seem to be working very well.
Beck had his best year last year.
His ratings are off the chart and gaining.
Maybe some of the advertisers are dropping their ads beacuse Obama has Fuc*&ed up the economy.

Can we say “irony”, neocons? Bush pulled this country into an economical disaster, and under Obama's presidency, we have actually been gaining jobs, albeit slowly. Glenn Beck doesn't stand for facts. He stands for hate, race-baiting, spreading fear, making unjustified Hitler/Stalin comparisons, and overall just insane nonsense.
I listen to Beck. I really do. I sit there with an open mind and try to understand what Beck is trying to say to people. And you know what I've come up with? Garbage. That's all I see on his show, every single minute of it.
I'm in full support of this site, not because it's hateful — in fact, it's quite the opposite. This site stands against the hatred and falsehoods that come out of Beck's mouth on a daily basis.

maybe you should target CNN, MSNBC, CBS, ABC first. If you watch keith or racheal on msnbc, you realize in the first 30 seconds the amount of hate and anger that just flows out of those two that it makes you wanna smash your tv. I'm with Beck all the way. I think the anchors on the other 'news' channels are whitewashed, watered down, lilly livered people who wouldn't know the truth if it slapped them.
