Beginning February 9, 2010, the UK broadcast of Glenn Beck’s Fox News Show began running without any advertisements. It remained sponsor-less for nearly a year.
On February 7, 2011, just before 1 year anniversary of Beck’s UK broadcast running sponsor-less, a small amount of ads returned. Consequently, along with the StopBeck UK effort, participants in the StopBeck effort sprang to action. We contacted advertisers and kindly requested that the follow the responsible action taken by hundreds of other companies and refrain from financially supporting Glenn Beck’s vitriol.

Match.com Removes Ads From Glenn Beck’s Show

Match.com ads recently started running on Glenn Beck’s Fox News show. Match.com is one of the largest online dating companies.
As with other advertisers, participants in the StopBeck effort reached out to Match.com. We kindly requested that they follow the responsible action of hundreds of other advertisers and refrain from advertising on Glenn Beck’s show.

Columbia College (Missouri) Removes Ads From Glenn Beck’s Radio Show

We’ve recently started reaching out to Glenn Beck’s radio advertisers.
Columbia College (Missouri) was advertising on Glenn Beck’s radio show in Chicago, which is broadcast by Salem Communications’ AM 560 WIND.
As with television advertisers, participants in the StopBeck effort reached out to Columbia College. We kindly requested that they take the responsible action by refraining from financially supporting Glenn Beck’s vitriol.

Spark Networks Will No Longer Advertise On Glenn Beck’s Show

Spark Networks operates a range of online dating sites. Their most known site is JDate, but they also operate ChristianMingle.com, BlackSingles.com and a whole host of other online personals services.
Spark Networks has been running ads on Glenn Beck’s Fox News show for a couple months now. Specifically, the ads were for Spark Network’s ChristianMingle.com service.
As with other advertisers, participants in the StopBeck effort reached out to Spark Networks. We kindly requested that they follow the responsible action of hundreds of other advertisers and refrain from advertising on Glenn Beck’s show.
