KFC Confirms No More Ads On Glenn Beck’s Show In UK

Yesterday, I put up a post about the situation with ads on the broadcast of Glenn Beck’s show in the UK.
In short: Beginning February 9, Glenn Beck’s UK show began running without any sponsors. It remained without any sponsors until June 15. But, between June 15 and July 5, a handful of ads began running during Glenn Beck’s program. But, effective July 5, all ads were once again off of the UK broadcast of Glenn Beck’s show.

Pizza Hut Responds; Say They “[Do] Not Advertise On Glenn Beck”

On Monday, May 10, Yum Brands! advertisements for PIzza Hut ran on Glenn Beck’s show. As with other advertisers, participants in the StopBeck effort sprang to action. We kindly requested that they follow the responsible action of well over 100 other former advertisers and remove their ads from Glenn Beck’s show.
Last night, Pizza Hut responded, tweeting:
Pizza Hut ads did run, so I’m not sure if this tweet means that the ads were run in error or that Pizza Hut has decided to exclude Glenn Beck’s show from their ad placements. We’ve reached out for clarification, but Pizza Hut has yet to respond.
